Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who give informed consent ? Patients with ASA grade I-II physical status. ? Aged between 35 to 65 years ? Body mass index between 18 to28 kg/m2 ? Female patients. ? Patients undergoing elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Allergy to any study drug ? Any contraindication to study drugs ? Any contraindications to peripheral nerve block ? Patients who cannot communicate or understand and follow commands due to any reason ? Patients with history of drug abuse ? Infection at the proposed site of injection ? Patients with coagulopathy due to any reason
