Intervention1: Card game: A card game will be given to 35 students from a class, each team comprising of five students. There are 30 cards, consisting information and pictures of healthy and unhealthy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Objective 1:Inclusion criteria: Children between 12-14 years of age of either gender, studying in class VI, VII,who are willing to participate in the study and willing to provide a written informed consent from their parents. Objective 2: Inclusion criteria: English medium schools of Udupi district, who are willing to participate. Objective 3: inclusion criteria are same as objective 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Students who remain absent on the day of study, students from special schools

1. Prevalence of physical inactivity, tobacco use and increased BP among adolescents. 2. Favourable and unfavourable aspects of school policies, built-environment and school surroundings for prevention and control of NCDs. 3. Changes in the knowledge and attitude with respect to NCD risk factors among school children; Impact and feasibility of novel intervention.Timepoint: 6 Months
