Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age : Above 20 years Sex : Male, Female & Transgender Newly diagnosed Pre-diabetic subjects with following blood parameters: o Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) 140-200 mg/dl (WHO & ICMR Guidelines) HbA1c : 5.7 to 6.4% Willing to participate in Study and signing consent by fulfilling the condition of Proforma. Patient willing to give blood and urine sample before and after the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetes-Type I & II patients Other Endocrine abnormalities Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or planning for pregnant H/o Myocardial infarction, Vascular surgery, or Stroke in the past year H/o Any other Systemic Disease
