Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Endometrioma size 3 to 6 centimeters Infertility with unilateral and bilateral endometrioma W ii lling to sign informed and written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent Premature ovarian insufficiency On going medical therapy for endometriosis Active pelvic infection Ultrasound showing signs of malignancy Very high CA 125 level( >100U/ml),CEA( >10ng/ml),CA19.9( >30U/ml)
