Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Compare efficacy of CPN in terms of decrease in pain intensity by Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) amongst the 2 groups Timepoint: 1 Month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assess pain intensity by Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) amongst the 2 groups Compare efficacy in terms of decrease in morphine consumption amongst the 2 groups Radiation exposure to patient Procedure time No. of needle insertion attempts Incidence of puncture of aorta Incidence of complications (hematoma/ diarrhea / paraparesis/ hemodynamic instability)Timepoint: 1week 2months 3months 6months
