Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Babies having Tamra Visphot Pidika will be included in the study Babies having classical signs and symptoms of Ahiputana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Babies taking modern medicines for Napkin rash (Antifungal or other) therapy. Patients admitted in NICU

Measure	Time frame
The effect of Triphala and Khadira Yog External application in Ahiputana with special reference to Diaper Rash.Reducing symptoms will be assesed. Observation of the patients at regular intervals 0,3,5,7,10 days follow up. The symptoms will be assesed according to their severity and relief symptoms will be observed after intervention of 10 days.Timepoint: 10 days	—
