Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate and postgraduate university students, Both genders, Age group 18- 30 years, Able to read, write and comprehend English language, Having an account on any social media platform and been using it on regular basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having medical conditions like musculoskeletal or neurological conditions which prevent them from exercising. Those not consenting to participate in the study.
