Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -age between 35 to 65 -BMI 23 to 36kg per meter square -Perceived stress scale -International physical activity questionnaire - Willingness to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: partcipants with comorbidities DVT Diagnosed with hypotension, stage I or II hypertension pregnant and lactating women Those who have had episodes of transient hypertension in last 6 month.
