Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 years and above. Individuals of all genders can participate in the study. Aleast 12 years of formal education. Scoring the cut-off of 76 or higher in PPCS. Currently not seeking professional help for Problematic pornography use. Working knowledge of the English language. Individuals who gave informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Score of 75 (out of 126) or below in PPCS. Individuals with severe mental disorders (schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) or severe neurological conditions. Individuals who refused to give informed consent to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of the guided ICBT intervention in reducing the symptom severity scores of problematic pornography use.Timepoint: The patient will be evaluvated at three levels 1. Pre Intervention assessment (Baseline), 2. Post Intervention assessment (Once all the module completed) 3. Follow up assessment (after 4 weeks post intervention assessment/from last module)

To evaluate the impact of guided ICBT intervention on individuals with problematic pornography use, we aim to assess the following secondary outcomes: 1. Reduction in weekly time spent on pornography. 2. Reduction in craving for pornography. 3. Enhancement of global functioning.Timepoint: The patient will be evaluvated at three levels 1. Pre Intervention assessment (Baseline), 2. Post Intervention assessment (Once all the module completed) 3. Follow up assessment (after 4 weeks post intervention assessment or from last module)
