Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with t- score of -2.5 and below (Assessed through BMD scan). 2.Patient fit for basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other gross metabolic Bone disorders. 2.Patients who are on long-term treatment with corticosteroids. 3.Pregnant and lactating women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Subjects will have changes in the subjective parameters after the due course of treatment.Timepoint: Subjects will have changes in subjective parameter within 30 days of the treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Serum Osteocalcin levels will be decreased.Timepoint: Blood sample will be collected on day 30th for checking serum osteocalcin levels.
