Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain (NRS >2) around coccyx. 2. Duration of atleast 6 weeks with conservative therapy. 3. Patient willingness to participate in the study 4. 50% pain relief after diagnostic block with 0.25% bipivacaine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 15 years and more than 75 years of age. 2. Hypersensitivity to local anesthesia. 3. Coagulopathies. 4. Other invasive lesions. 5. Radicular pain, pelvic, gynecological disorders.
