Intervention1: Dexmedetomidine of 50mcg: Gingival Retraction Cord is Immersed for 10 sec in 50mcg of Dexmedetomidine Solution (Dextomid 50) which will be Inserted into the Gingival Sulcus locally once

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age- 20-50 years 2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class- I, II 3.Healthy Periodontal Tissue around the Teeth requiring Fixed Dental Prosthesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class - III, IV 2.Active Smokers 3.Patients with known Hypersensitivity to Dexmedetomidine and Ferric chloride 4.Pregnant and Lactating Women 5. Patients on anxiolytics and sedatives
