Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery Age group among 18years to 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with psychiatric disorders. Patient with bradycardia/cardiac anomalies. Patient with migraine/vascular headache.

MeasureTime frame
Post operative quality of life of patient undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery will get improve Timepoint: Assessment of symptoms at frequent interval at 3 5 10 15 weeks after endoscopic sinus surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
recurrence of polyposis and severity of symptoms will be assessedTimepoint: three weeks seven weeks 15 weeks
