Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group 18 to 25 Years Male and female both are include. Players who play badminton 6 hours per week from last 1 year minimum. Players who want to participate willingly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having any complaint of musculoskeletal conditions from past 3 months. Participants who are suffering from neurological, cardiovascular, giddiness or balance disorders were excluded. Any surgery last 6 months. The participants involve in any type of Swiss ball training or strength training at the time of the study.
