Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults aged between 60 years to 75 years. Persons suffering from multiple chronic diseases at a time for at least one year. Speaking Malayalam/ English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults who are unable to communicate.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Research will help to create knowledge on the treatment burden associated with multi-morbidity. Development of a tool for assessing shared decision making with regard to multi-morbidity.Timepoint: Second phase will be conducted after six months
