Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. The study could provide valuable information on the impact of M. tuberculosis lineage, antitubercular resistance, and demographic, and clinical data on TB patients’ outcomes. 2. Comprehensive surveillance by WGS could complement phenotypic DST in selecting precise antitubercular drug therapy for TB patients. 3. Lineage-specific variations could help decipher drug resistance mutations.Timepoint: 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
