Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients who consented to participate in the study and signed agreement to have the treatment 2. Patients above age 18 up to 60 years, 3. Patients under ASA class I and II requiring dental procedures requiring administration of local anesthesia who need to be administered local anesthetic agent for dental therapeutic reasons will be selected for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under ASA class III or VI medical history 2. Younger than 18 years of age 3. Pregnant or nursing 4. Analgesic taken within the past 4 hours 5. History of allergy to local anesthetics 6. Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus 7. Currently taking opioids, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, 8. History of opioid addiction or abuse 9. Subjects who are uncooperative
