Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient requiring corrective orthodontic treatment. 2. Patients aged 14 to 28 years. 3. Patients using fixed orthodontic appliance with 0.022 ?MBT for a specific period of time. 4. Patients without severe gingivitis and periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in need of traction of impacted teeth. 2. Patients requiring Wide repositioning of teeth lingually or buccally ( >2 mm) 3. Patients suffering from congenital abnormality, systemic illness, cysts, or crevices. 4. Patient using any systemic medication that might interfere with the gingival growth. 5. Patients who require chemoprophylaxis.
