Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females from Age 14 to 28. Females suffering from painful menstruation within 6-12 hours after onset of menses without any underlying pelvic pathology. Females with regular menstrual cycle. Females with lower back pain, abdominal and pelvic pain. Pain intensity from moderate to severe according to NPRS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary dysmenorrheal conditions like PCOD , endometriosis , amenorrheaetc. Females with any type of abdominal surgery. Females who have already given birth. Any type of UTI patients. Females with any type of abnormal vaginal discharge. Females with endocrine disorders or any chronic disease.
