Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy cooperative patients in the age group of 2 to 6 years. Patients with ICDAS 1-3 active cavitated lesions in the anterior tooth region. Patients with high caries risk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known silver allergy. Tooth with enamel defects. Children with medically compromised conditions. Children having teeth with presence of an abscess or a sinus, obvious discoloration, and premature hypermobility. Children with special health care needs. Uncooperative patients.
