Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children visiting the dental clinic for the first time. Children who have never experienced dental injection. Children having superficial dental caries in primary or permanent molar on one side of the arch and deep caries requiring local anesthesia for pulpectomy or RCT or extraction on other side of same arch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with special health care needs children and parents unwilling to participate in the study
