Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing major cardiac surgery. Age 18-70y

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not extubated in first 24hr Emergency surgery Patient with psychiatric illness and opioid dependant patient.
