Exclusion criteria: Inadequate images with unclear borders. Associated valve repair Arrythmias Moderate to severe AV valve regurgitation Pulmonary hypertension Valve stenosis Liver, kidney lung dysfunction

Quantification of single ventricular systolic Global Longitudinal Strain (GLS) by TEE in patients with functionally single ventricle undergoing Total Cavo-Pulmonary ConnectionTimepoint: Pre and post cardiopulmonay bypass during TCPC cardiac surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Quantification of single ventricular end-diastolic, end-systolic volumes and ejection fraction. Timepoint: Pre and post cardiopulmonay bypass during TCPC cardiac surgery and till discharge;2. To analyse the GLS between subgroups (LV type and RV type single ventricles)Timepoint: Pre and post cardiopulmonay bypass during TCPC cardiac surgery;3. To analyse the GLS between fenestrated and non-fenestrated TCPC.Timepoint: Pre and post cardiopulmonay bypass during TCPC cardiac surgery;4. To analyse the Vasoactive inotropic score, length of ICU stays, Hospital stays, incidence of arrythmia, duration of mechanical ventilation, incidence of end-organ dysfunction, in-hospital mortality between patients with good GLS and reduced GLSTimepoint: Pre and post cardiopulmonay bypass during TCPC cardiac surgery
