Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing TAH 2.Duration of Surgery 1-3 hours 3.ASA 1 and 2 4.MPC 1 and 2 5.Weight of the patient more than equal to 50 kilograms 6.Patient willing to participate in the study 7.Patient fulfilling criteria for TAP block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of valid informed written consent 2.ASA grade 3 and 4 3.Weight of the patient less than equal to 50 kilograms 4.Infection at the TAP block injection site 5.Patients with neurological and musculoskeletal disease 6.Patients with bleeding disorders 7.Patients on anticoagulants 8.History of allergy to local anaesthetic and injection Nalbuphine
