Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community Ambulators without Assistive Aid 2. Individuals who can Visualise Guided Movements 3. Presence of a Stable Baseline GSR at Rest 4. Cognitively Intact [Mini-Mental State Examination Score >24]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known Autonomic Dysfunction 2. Refusing to participate in the Study
