Intervention1: interscalene block with superficial cervical plexus block: Patients will be receiving Interscalene block (ISB) using USG guided technique with 1 mg/ kg Bupivacaine and 3 mg/kg Lignocai
10 cc with 1 mg/ kg Bupivacaine and 3 mg/kg Lignocaine with adrenaline and making up to a volume of at least 20 ml with NS if total volume is less than 20 ml and Superficial cervical plexus block (SCP

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 to 60 years 2.ASA I and II category patients 3.Primary mid point clavicular fracture 4.Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study. 5.Patients fulfilling all the above criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Redo clavicular surgeries 2.Hyper Sensitivity to local anaesthetics 3.Patient refusal
