Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreationally (more than 4 hours per week and different playing position mainly striker, midfielder and defender), active soccer players MAHE students were recruited from the college soccer team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Soccer players who sustained an injury in the lower extremities in the past 6 months (if it is limiting the movement). Outside MAHE Soccer Team Female Participants.

determine & compare the time to take-off, propulsive phase duration & time to peak power in soccer player (Defender, midfielders, & attackers).Timepoint: 2 weeks
