Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of age group 18-50years visiting gynecology OPD at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and research Centre for complaints of abnormal discharge will be screened

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
The potential of Flow cytometry in cervical cancer diagnosis will be assessed. More easy and cost effective method would be available for screening program. Highly technical expertise needed for the cytological screening will be reduced with the flow cytometry.Timepoint: One time point at enrollment as this is an observational study
