Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A know diagnosed case of Mootrashmari having calculus size upto 8mm in USG (A+P) 2)Site of Ashamari Kidney Bladder & Ureter 3)Patients of S/S Udarshool (Abdominal pain),Hrullas (nausea),Chhardi(vomitting),Sadahmutrapravrutti(Burning Mituration),saraktapravrutti(Presence of RBC in Urine) will be included 4)Patient having Mild to Moderate hydronephrosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Size of calculus more than 8mm 2) Patient having severe hydronephrosis /more than mild to moderate That is 3, 4 grade hydronephrosis 3)Systemic disease like K/C/O Koch,HIV,MEdical renal disease , malignancy. 4)Congenital disorder like ectopic kidney ,renal failure ,horse shoe kidney,neoplasm.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the comparative efficacy of both the groups Timepoint: Total duration of study will be 18 months Follow up will be taken on 0th day,8th day and 16 day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare effect of kusha kwatha and gokshur kwatha for duration for painless expulsion of stone,change in size and position of stone in both the groups. 2.To study Mootrashmari as described in ayurvedic literature and urinary calculi as described in modern literature. 3.To evaluate side effects of kusha kwatha if any,arises after administration of drugTimepoint: Total duration of study will be 18 months
