Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18 to 60 years, irrespective of sex. 2. Post-operative Ano-rectal cases operated under Local Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as cardiac diseases, renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes etc. 2. Abdominal surgery
