Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade 1 and 2. 2.Age 18 to 60 years. 3.Both gender 4.Elective and emergency surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >35 kg/m2 2. Pregnant women. 3.Renal or Hepatic impairment 4.Cardiopulmonary disease 5.Cardiac rhythm abnormalities –heart block 6. Allergy to drugs being used
