Intervention1: Intentional Replantation: Delibrate extraction of teeth for better visualization of the diseased part and placing it back in the socket which is one of the recognized treatment protocol

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy (ASA I) patients of either gender between (18-40) years of age Radiographically diagnosed with large cyst like periapical lesion >10mm associated with maximum two maxillary anterior teeth. Minimal marginal bone height of 2-3 mm. Acceptable periodontal status (probing depth <4mm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions which could compromise the healing. Cysts of non-odontogenic origin. Apico-marginal defect. Developmental anomaly of a tooth (palate gingival groove, dilaceration, PCO etc.;) Cervical & External root resorption. Non restorable and teeth with vertical root fractures. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
