Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral Stroke = 6 months Hemiparesis of Right or Left Side Age between 30-60 year Both Gender Male and Female Brunstrom stage 3 and above single stroke MMSE score 24 and above BBS score as medium Fall risk (21 to 40) Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disease affecting balance other than stroke Vestibular lesion Orthopaedic or Musculoskeletal disorders Global aphasia and History of repeated stroke Perceptual and Cognitive deficit such as attention and memory deficit. Visual impairment
