Intervention1: bupivacaine ,lignocaine plus adrenaline ,dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine: 15ml of 0.5% bupivacaine , 15ml of 2% lignocaine plus adrenaline ,4mg dexamethasone and 1mcgs/kg dexmedetomid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists 1 to 3 Body mass index 18 to 35 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal inability to give consent for the study coagulopathy,sepsis,hepatic or renal failure allergy to local anesthetics patient weight less than 40 pre existing musculocutaneous,radial, ulnar neuropathy prior surgery in the supraclavicular fossa

onset time intraoperatve and postoperative sedation & postoperative pain scores incidence of adverse effects like bradycardia ,hypotension ,respiratory depression.Timepoint: effects of sedation is assessesd intraoperative- half an hour once for two hours ,immediately postoperative, one hour once for four hours ,8th hour,24th hour. pain scores- immediate post operative ,4 th hour, 8 th hour,12th hour	—
