Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant woman with a gestational age of 37 weeks and above ASA II Primgravida or multigravida Previous LSCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension Cardiac disease Renal disease Multiple gestation BMI more than 35 Patient refusal

MeasureTime frame
To compare the inferior vena cava diameter with wedge 20 , 30 degree for term patients from 36 weeks of gestation till 40 weeks +5 days posted for elective cesarean section Timepoint: To compare the effect of using wedge 20 , 30 degree on inferior vena cava diameter after 10 minutes from baseline for patients posted for elective lower segment section in term patients from 36 weeks to 40 weeks +5 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) mean arterial pressure 2) heart rate 3) rescue process used.Timepoint: 1) every two minutes MAP is monitored after spinal anaesthesia in both groups till delivery of baby 2) change in heart rate monitored for every two minutes 3) rescue process phenylephrine used when there is decrease in 10% MAP from baseline.
