Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of trauma scheduled for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)ASA PS 4 and 5 2)Antenatal patients with trauma 3)Patients with history of DVT , pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction in the past
