Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases satisfying OCD diagnostic criteria of DSM 5 with Y-BOCS total score equal or above 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. OCD with other psychotic comorbidity 2. Other substance or medication induced OCD 3. Subjects undergoing any other treatment mode including psychotherapy for OCD 4. Pregnant or lactating mothers 5. Subjects unwilling to give consent form
