Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages from 18 to 65 years, both sexes who have fulfilled the DSM V criteria for Bipolar 1 disorder. 2.Bipolar 1 disorder with or without psychotic symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suicidal risks, 2. Pregnant and lactating women, 3. Chronic severe Medical Illness.
