Intervention1: Illustrations based on IAP Guidelines on management of fever in children shown using digital media.: Pre interventional basic knowledge of fever in parents of febrile children is assess

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents of children of age group 1 month to 6 years hospitalized with fever >38?. Parents who speak English or Kannada.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those not consenting to participate. Children with fever of less than 1 month and above 6 years. Children with severe life threatening disease (PICU admissions) with fever admitted. Parents who do not speak English or Kannada.

Measure	Time frame
To compare the improvement in knowledge score between intervention group & standard of care group.Timepoint: scoring of the questionnaire & assesment of the knowledge will be done immediately after intervention. Comparision of knowledge between intervention & standard of care group is done once sample size is completed which is after 16 weeks.	—
