Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Obese individuals with BMI between 30 to 39.99 kg/m2 -Both male and female -Age between 20 to 60years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Uncooperative individuals -Smokers -Diabetic individual -Hypertensive individual -Individual undergoing meditation or yoga therapy -Individual doing any kind of exercise on daily basis
