Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Grade 1 hypertensive patient having BP ranging from 140/90 to 160/99 mmHg 2. No alteration of their antihypertensive medication in the next 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade 2 Hypertension 2. Severe psychiatric comorbidities (major depression, dependency disorders, or psychosis) Coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, or stroke in last 3 months from the day of enrolment 3. Heart failure of New York Heart Association (NYHA) stage I 4. Peripheral arterial occlusive disease of stage 1 5. Renal failure of stage >2 with glomerular filtration rate 6. Participation in any other clinical studies at the time of commencement of our trial or planned participation in such studies in the next 12 weeks 7. Practiced yoga for 30 days or more in the previous 6 months 8.Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
