Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -College going Undergraduate students -Both genders -Student willing to participate -18 – 25 age group -Subject should be able to read and write english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any metabolic /systemic disease -Under any medication -Recent surgeries within 3 months -Participants is involved regular practice of yoga and breathing exercise
