Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Caregiverâ??s Age- 20-50yrs 2.Both males and females 3.Informal unpaid caregivers 4.Cognition-MMSE >23 5. Mild to severe score on DASS-21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Regular exercising caregivers 2.Presence of any condition unsuitable for physical training (PAR-Q) 3.Patient on Anti depressant/Anti anxiety therapy or hormonal therapy
