Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with age group of 18-80 years 2)Proven type ll diabetes mellitus 3)Admitted or transferred to ICUs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Non diabetic patients 2)Discharge or death or transfer before 24hrs of ICU admission 3)Previously diagnosed anemia or anemia during last three month
