Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children less than 2 years of age of either sex. 2.Ex-premature baby born at less than 37 weeks of gestational age Undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring intubation or supraglottic airway insertion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.congenital heart disease 2.Complex congenital anomalies 3.Syndromes, predicted difficult airway
