Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young apparently healthy subjects (age group 20 to 25 years)consenting to participate. 2. Individuals with normal BMI (18 kg/m2 - 25 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals involved in any regular exercise, sports, yoga or meditation. 2.Individuals who have any physical disability to perform breathing exercise/yoga postures, any major physical systemic or psychiatric illness and those on any regular medication. 3.Individuals, who smoke, consume alcohol, use any stimulants and recreational drugs.
