Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with features of Badhirya as mentioned in ayurvedic textbook associated with symptoms of sensorineural hearing loss has- Impaired hearing Tinnitus Vertigo Ear Ache Fullness sensation patient aged between 14 to 60 years patient with intact ear drum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Congenital sensorineural hearing loss,Sudden sensorineural hearingloss. Patients already diagnosed with systemic diseases and Immunocompromised condition. Patient with perforated ear drum. Patient who are diagnosed with conductive deafness and other infectious causes.

Improvement in hearing ability accessed with Puretone audiometry,Tuning fork test like Rinnes test,Webers test,ABC test .Improvement in tinnitus,vertigo,earache,fullness sensation will be accessed through gradings.Timepoint: Improvement in hearing ability accessed with Puretone audiometry before the treatment and after the treatment on 3rd week
