Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.School going children from ages 6-12 years who perform poorly on the 20 meter shuttle run test. 2.Children who have the ability to understand, read and speak basic English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children preforming good on the 20 meter shuttle run test. 2.Children with diseases such as diabetes mellitus,epilepsy,asthma,cognitive disorders,sleep disturbances etc. 3.Children with history of psychiatric disorders such as ADHD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder.
