Intervention1: Structured Physiotherapy Intervention for shin splints: Participants will be selected based on the inclusion criteria Pre assessment will be taken, Particpants will be given 6 sessions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience as a marathin runner Runner with shin pain 21 years and above male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower limb musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months history of trauma within past 12 weeks any existing cardiovascular neurological disorder circulatory disorders in lower extremity like varicose veins

Visual Analog Scale (VAS) Knee to wall test Single leg side hop testTimepoint: At first day of the session pre assessment will be taken. Particpants will be given 6 sessions of intervention Followed by post assessment will be done at the end of 6th session
