Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Manual anaesthesia records of patients who have undergone surgeries under general anaesthesia and or regional anaesthesia at Tata memorial Hospital Mumbai during the period of January 2023 to March 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the scanned manual anaesthesia record is not legible due to poor quality of scanning.
